Harshal Atre is a fourth-year Electronics and Communication Engineering student at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology. His interests include decentralized systems, peer-to-peer networking, and mobile development. As a GSoC 2026 contributor with UC OSPO, he is working on PeerSky Mobile Browser to bring Hypercore-powered decentralized browsing to mobile devices.
